Establishing Your Web Presence with Enterprise Site Hosting: We understand that establishing a web presence is uncharted territory for most of our customers. At Enterprise Site Hosting, we will work with you every step of the way to make sure the finished product is both functional, and is an aesthetically pleasing and accurate representation of your company. We strive to make the entire process as time and labor efficient as possible. Below is a basic layout of the website design process.

Consultation and Planning: In this stage, we will discuss the overall scope and goals of your companies web presence. Many sites are simply informational, containing company profiles and contact information, photo galleys, and product information. Other sites are more sophisticated with features like e-commerce, form mail, and streaming video. We will discuss options, costs, and timelines and make sure we have a common understanding of the plan going forward.

Domain Name Registration: Possibly the most important determining factor in the success of your web presence is choosing the right domain name. There are currently over 80 million .com domain names registered. Choosing one that is available, user friendly, and accurately reflects your companies image, is a process that should not be taken lightly. We will work with you to find the perfect domain name and register it for you.

Website Content and Design: This is where your efforts will make or break the site. Some of our customers come to us with a very specific mental picture of their finished website, where others would rather our design team build it from scratch. What will probably result in the best finished product is an approach somewhere in between. This is what we need from you:

• Reference sites: If you have a specific “look” or “feel” that you are going for, whether it is a competitors site, or a site for something completely unrelated, take note of the site and what exactly it is that you like. Maybe it’s the color scheme, maybe it’s the menu layout, etc. A picture is worth a thousand words.

• Company Logos and Media: Anything you have that conveys the image you have put fourth for your company can be used to build your website. Logo-wear, business cards, printed media, etc. It is important to have a constant flow and feel.

• Content and Verbiage: We can put anything you want on your website, but we can’t make it up. What fills the pages is up to you to come up with. Start with a basic site outline and come up with a few paragraphs for each page, contact information, maps, pictures, etc, where appropriate. We don’t expect a finished product on the first draft. Once the site is posted, you will have plenty of time to review, get feedback, add, delete, and fine-tune your content. Text should be typed in a word document or standard text e-mail. Photos should be taken with plenty of room to crop, and in as high of resolution as possible. We will happily resize and crop images as needed. The more content you can provide, the faster and easier the building process will go.

Site Development: Once you have gotten the above content to us, our design team will go to work laying out a site that is both great looking and functional. The actual website is created for the first time and published to the web in a timely manner.

Site Review and Fine Tuning: Once the first draft of the site is published, we will work with you to review all the pages, fix any errors, add, change, move, and delete content, etc. Together, we will refine your site into a perfect finished product.

Setup Email Addresses: Our site hosting packages include e-mail forwarding addresses. We will need a list of addresses you want created and what existing e-mail addresses you would like them to forward to. You can create multiple e-mail addresses to forward to one address, or one new address to forward to multiple users. We will discuss your options and setup what will work best for you.

Hosting: We include hosting in our package pricing. Our hosting is billed annually and is among the best rates in the industry. Leave the technical stuff to us. It’s what we do best.

Website Changes: As changes our required to your website, we are more than happy to work with you. Most of our hosting packages include some time allocated for website modification each year. Additional website work hours can always be purchased at very reasonable rates.
