As a security measure, we will not allow you to manage your own files on the remote host. All content/code created or hosted by Enterprise Site Hosting are exclusive property of, and all rights are reserved by Enterprise Site Hosting. All Domain Names originally registered by Enterprise Site Hosting are property of Enterprise Site Hosting. We reserve full rights to use the same design or any design/code elements used on your website, for our other customers. Enterprise Site Hosting reserves the right to link to your website/account for advertising purposes.

If after your site is created, you would like to move to another hosting service or change your domain name registrar within the first three(3) years of service,, their will be a $250.00 "contract termination charge", only if you wish to retain the rights to and/or use the pages and code on your website, and to have the domain name transferred to your name. There is no fee should you choose not to renew your site hosting, but you will not own the rights to use the content and/or code on your website, and we will not transfer the domain name to you. We will let the domain name expire and it will be up to you to register it with your new hosting service,

We reserve the right to refuse anyone service for any reason. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a customer's account or access to any or all services or products that we provided when we decide that the account has been inappropriately used. Items deemed inappropriate include, but are not limited to the following: Adult content (pornography), hosting of copywrited materials, online gambling, spam, deceiving business practices, background running programs, viruses, chat rooms, or anything illegal under local, state, or federal law.
