1. One Basic Professional Website (up to four pages):
You provide all of the wording, graphics, and applicable logos and links, that will be used on your site. We can digitize or recreate your existing marketing material. Our professional graphic designers and web developers will then arrange and format your content into visually appealing and easy to navigate professional website. All of the content per page, should fit on a standard 8 1 inch by 11 inch sheet of paper held sideways (landscape). Up to four pages are included in the basic package.

2. Domain Name Registration:
Picking the perfect available domain name is a vital part in the success of your site. Our consultants will work with you to choose a domain name that fits your business needs. Domain name registration is included in the basic package.

3. One year web hosting:
A full year of web hosting is included in the basic package. We allocate you 100MB of storage and 2000MB a month or data transfer.

4. Up to 5 e-mail forwarding accounts:
We keep setup simple. We include up to 5 different e-mail forwarding accounts, plus one “catch all” account with the basic Small Business package. You can have up to 5 different e-mail addresses forward to any number of current e-mail accounts. We also include a “catch all” account, which will forward any e-mails sent to any address at your domain (other than those specifically defined) to any number of e-mail accounts. With e-mail forwarding, there is no need to configure workstations and mobile device to check additional e-mail accounts, just check the e-mail address you are already checking everyday.

5. Setup and Maintenance Included:

We include 8 hours of design and maintenance in the first year (i.e. updates to your website, changes in links, phone numbers, addresses, products, pictures, miscellaneous information, digitalizing and publishing existing documents and materials.). Annual Renewals billed at $175 include 2 hours of maintenance. We can include 8 hours of maintenance in an annual renewal for $250 . Amounts not used are not transferable from year to year. i.e. they do not accumulate.

6. Additional assistance at preferred customer hourly rate:

If you need other assistance beyond what has been described above, we can help you at a greatly reduced labor rate of $35.00 per hour.

Upgrades:

1. Additional basic pages are $65.00 each. There is no additional monthly or annual fee for extra pages (assuming site size is within guidelines). Pages containing forms, scripting, custom programming, etc, are not considered “basic pages” and will be billed hourly.
2. Additional development services beyond those described above are available for $30/hr. Bulk hour discounts are available.
3. Extra domain names are a separate charge depending on the going rate for the name extension. (i.e. .com, .net, etc.).
4. Additional Web Storage space: Added in 100 MB increments for $5.00/Mo.
5. Additional Data Transfer (Bandwidth): Added in 2000 MB increments for $5.00/Mo.
6. Additional E-mail address: Added in lots of 10 for $5.00/Mo.

Billing:

Annual pre-payment is required before your site is published to the web. All additional billable work will be billed due within 30 days of customer approval. Renewals will be billed annually, and annual pre-payment is required. Failure to pay within terms specified will result in site/account being disabled or deleted. There is a  possibility of losing your registered domain name during this period. Additional fee’s may be incurred to reset accounts disabled due to non-payment.
